DESCRIPTION:JULY UPDATE: Conference in-person registration closes AUGUST 15TH.\nFamilies in New Zealand wishing to register for virtual attendance\, please contact jo.davies@pws.org.nz for your discount code. \nThe 6th Asia Pacific PWS Conference organising committee are pleased to invite you to our Prader-Willi Syndrome Conference being held at The Rydges Sydney Central Hotel\, Friday 30th and Saturday 31st August 2024. Register now to take advantage of early bird discounts for May Awareness Month. \nThis 2 day conference incorporates a research focused day\, and a 2nd day with sessions developed for parents\, professionals and all those working in a support role for people living with PWS. Attendees can choose a combined 2-day registration\, or have the option to select a single day. This conference is also being livestreamed and there is an online registration option available. \nDay 1 (Aug 30th) – Research Day\, led by the Prader-Willi Research Foundation Australia (PWRFA)\, fostering collaboration and inspiring fresh insights.\nDay 2 (Aug 31st) – Parent\, Professional and Support Providers Day – genetics\, neurotypical behaviours\, health care\, physiotherapy\, nutrition\, sleep\, and much more! \nWe encourage anyone to attend who wants to learn more about Prader-Willi syndrome\, the latest in research\, pipeline treatments\, and current best-practice advice in healthcare and support.
