SUMMARY:Tweens and Teens Weekend 2021 - Wellington
DESCRIPTION:Our next Tweens and Teens Weekend is being held in Wellington at The West Plaza Hotel. Tweens and teens with PWS are invited to attend with one parent / carer and accommodation will be in twin rooms. Our programme is to be confirmed and sent to your mail box soon\, but it will involve sightseeing and fun activities around Wellington\, as well as some focused sessions for both teens and parents. We also hope to be able to record a short video about life as a teenager with PWS\, to be shown at the upcoming Asia-Pacific PWS Conference (participation optional).\n\nFriday 28th May is PWS Awareness Day\, so please come dressed in your orange and raise awareness with us!\n\n\nWhen: Friday 28th May from 5pm to Sunday 30th May approx 1.30pm / 2pm.\n\nWhere: West Plaza Hotel\, 110 Wakefield Street\, Te Aro\, Wellington\nCost: $40 per person (includes accommodation\, activities and meals)\n\nHow to reserve your place: Just email us to confirm you would like to attend and payment can be made into the following account using the reference TEENSWKND: 12 – 3659 – 0043686 – 00. (Please note this is our new bank account number.)\nRooms cannot be confirmed until payment is received.\n\nFlight subsidies: Please book your flights as soon as possible to avoid seats being filled and your flight prices increasing. At this stage\, we are able to offer a subsidy that is 2/3 of estimated return flight costs.
